01 How long does shipping take?
Every piece is folded and packed by hand, then shipped tracked from South Africa within 1–2 business days. Most orders arrive in 2–5 business days, and we email your tracking link as soon as it leaves us.
02 How long is the return period?
You have 14 days from delivery to request a return. Pieces must come back unworn and in the condition they were sent. Once we've checked the piece, the refund goes back to your original payment method.
03 How do sizing and condition work?
Each listing shows the size on the tag, real measurements and an honest condition note, and the photos show the exact piece you'll get. When in doubt, go by the measurements.
04 Is every piece really one of one?
Yes. Every listing is a single, hand-picked piece. Once it's in someone's bag and checked out, it's gone, so don't wait too long.
05 How can I pay?
Checkout is fully secure and encrypted. You can pay with any of the methods below.
